Max Clement Ross

I am certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health and Dean’s Consortium of Social Work Schools for Evidence Based Practices and utilize techniques based on research for best results in all of my care.

I have been involved with supporting the well-being in our community which included collaborating within the Mayor’s program to reduce truancy and absenteeism within the middle school population. I provided in-vivo care during my tenure as an ACT (Assertive Community Treatment) clinician. In addition, I coordinated with all sectors to provide safety for not only the clients, but also the community at large.

Collaborating with the New York City Health+Hospitals, I was part of a think tank to identify variables which contribute to recidivism and factors promote recovery. As a Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) Care Manager, I provided coordination to support clients and providers achieve healthy outcomes. I supported the growth of aspiring clinicians personally and professionally as an adjunct lecturer and clinical supervisor and I continue to provide consultation to healthcare providers and entities on clinical tools, best practices, healthcare trends, technology utilization and integration.

Having experienced cultural and medical transitions from adoption to undergoing neurosurgery, I understand struggles yet the possibilities to experience a positive quality of life.
