About Max Clement Ross

Max Clement Ross

I am certified by the New York State Office of Mental Health and Dean’s Consortium of Social Work Schools for Evidence Based Practices. I utilize techniques based on research for best results in all of my care.

I’ve had opportunities supporting the well-being in our community which included collaborating within the Mayor’s program to reduce truancy and absenteeism. The Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Teams allowed me to give in-vivo care to those with severe mental illness and promote stability. In addition, I coordinated with all sectors to provide safety for not only the clients, but also the community at large.

Collaborating with the New York City Health+Hospitals, I helped identify variables which contribute to recidivism and factors promote recovery. As a Health and Recovery Plan (HARP) Care Manager, I provided coordination to support clients and providers achieve healthy outcomes. Being an adjunct lecturer and clinical supervisor allowed me to support the growth of new therapists in their development as individuals and professionals. I currently administer consultation to healthcare providers and entities on clinical tools, best practices, healthcare trends, technology utilization and integration.

Having experienced cultural and medical transitions from adoption to undergoing neurosurgery, I understand struggles. However, I also know it’s possible to experience a positive quality of life.
