I am a trauma focused therapist working with adults on variety of situations including (but not limited to) stress, anxiety, self-esteem, mood/depression, life transitions and communication skills and executive functioning. Part of my beliefs lay in breaking the social constructs which restrict your ability to feel human. We are given labels and roles yet are capable of more; can be free from many restrictions which have been imposed on us for so long. To assist with this process, I will guide you to understanding of the self, activation of new experiences, and sustaining healthier dynamics.
